Insurance off for remainder of the year, do not ship live after 12/17/24

Insurance has been turned off for the remainder of the year as delays and issues in the FedEx system will increase the closer we get to Christmas and end of the year. We strongly recommend against shipping anything live after 12/17/25, as it becomes very difficult for us to open cases on any delays or issues the busier the system becomes, although we'll still do all we can to help.
Even if you purchased insurance ahead of time, if you put your package into the system when insurance is not available, that insurance will not be valid. If you must ship between now and when we turn insurance back on in early January, please be sure to package in anticipation of delays and please pay careful attention to the weather at your origin and destination locations - follow our Temperature Guidelines and Standards when deciding to ship and whether or not a heat pack should be used. When in doubt, please call or write to us and ask! 

Please note that FedEx and our offices will be closed on Wednesday, 12/25/24 for Christmas and Wednesday, 12/1/25 for New Year's Day.

Pay attention to temps and heat pack use!

Fall is well under way which means heat pack season is upon us. While some parts of the country are still mild or even hot, winter weather has started in others. Be sure to check the daytime high temps at BOTH the origin and destination and refer to our Temperature Guidelines - shipping outside of our temp guidelines endangers your animals and nullifies any Redline Shipping Live Arrival Insurance. 

For the safety of your animals, if the daytime high temps straddle two categories, please Contact Us directly for heat pack recommendations that remain within insurance parameters, qualifications, and guidelinesNot all shipments will need a heat pack!

Improper heat pack use is the number one cause of DOAs by far, so please reach out with any temperature questions or concerns!
