Now that Black Friday and Cyber Week shipments have had a chance to process through the system, we have turned insurance back on for shipments going out starting Monday 12/8 though end of day Tuesday 12/16. That said, due to holiday volume in the system, be sure to package in anticipation of delays, and remember you must follow our temperature and packaging guidelines in order to qualify for Live Arrival coverage!
Please check our site banners often and just prior to shipping - we will read and react to real time conditions and may turn insurance off as needed.
Christmas and New Year: Our end of year No Ship Period begins Wednesday, 12/17/25 though Monday 1/5/26.
FedEx and our offices will be closed on Thursday, 12/25/25 for Christmas and Thursday, 1/1/26 for New Year's Day.
If your shipment is delayed or lost during these dates, we'll do all we can but there may be very little we can do to help. Remember: even if you purchased insurance ahead of time, if you put your package into the system when insurance is not available, that insurance will not be valid.
