25 Pack of Lacey Act Labeling Decals
The Lacey Act is Federal legislation covering interstate transport of live animals. It applies to all live animals- reptiles, aquatics, inverts, etc. It is required to list the quantity, common, and scientific name on the package. Failure to do so could lead to delays, fines, or worse!
To be compliant with the Lacey Act, legally a live package needs to be labeled with the word "Wildlife" and include quantity and species listed externally on the package. To meet expectations of the most stringent states (Florida, California and New York are especially strict) we strongly suggest labeling all domestic U.S. live animal packages with "Wildlife - Harmless Live Animals" with quantity and species listed with both scientific and common names clearly visible on the outside of the box. Our specifically designed Lacey/IATA label will meet both the Lacey Act requirements, and the separate IATA labeling requirements. Failing to do so may lead to delay, return, confiscation, fines, and/or legal summons.
Comes in a pack of 25 self-adhering decals.
